Timings of our studio are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

If you haven’t worked out for a long time. Then we do suggest you discuss with one of our preferred fitness experts and you can discuss each and everything regarding your fitness goals. On the basis of the discussion, our fitness expert will provide you a workout plan.

If you have issues with your body part. Then we don’t prefer you to do any kind of high-intensity workout. Otherwise, you’ll be facing some issues related to your body part. Along with that, we do consider you to discuss with our certified trainer. They’ll provide you a customized workout plan.

If you’re healthy and your pregnancy is normal. Then it is completely safe to do any physical activity. Rest it is completely up to you.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers, and AB Dollys. Along with that, we have more gymming equipment, once you visit our fitness studio. Then you’ll get a better understanding.
